Hello Everyone! I am very excited to host Rogue’s Possession by Jeffe Kennedy (Bewitching Book Tour)
Covenant of Thorns Series
Release October 7
A human trapped in the world of Faerie, in possession of magic I could not control, I made a bargain for my life: to let the dangerously sensual fae noble known as Rogue sire my firstborn. And one does not break an oath with a fae. But no matter how greatly I desire him, I will not succumb. Not until I know what will happen to the child.
Though unable-or unwilling-to reveal the fate of human-fae offspring himself, Rogue accompanies me on my quest for answers. Along the way he agrees to teach me to harness my power, in exchange for a single kiss each day and sleeping by my side each night. Just as I am about to yield to temptation, I find myself in a deadly game of cat and mouse with an insane goddess. Now my search for the truth will lead me to the darkest of all Faerie secrets.

This is no fairy tale…
Haunted by nightmares of a black dog, sick to death of my mind-numbing career and heart-numbing fiancé, I impulsively walked out of my life—and fell into Faerie. Terrified, fascinated, I discover I possess a power I can’t control: my wishes come true. After an all-too-real attack by the animal from my dreams, I wake to find myself the captive of the seductive and ruthless fae lord Rogue. In return for my rescue, he demands an extravagant price—my firstborn child, which he intends to sire himself…
With no hope of escaping this world, I must learn to harness my magic and build a new life despite the perils—including my own inexplicable and debilitating desire for Rogue. I swear I will never submit to his demands, no matter what erotic torment he subjects me to…

I am a early reader of Rogue’s Possession (Covenant of Thorns #2), which follows Jennifer and Rogue again, where Book1 left off. The main character Jennifer is trapped in a Faerie world, where in book 1 she had been sold off into slavery by Rogue himself. She had to withstand much abuse by the various cruel masters. But now a deal is being proposed and a offer which could save her life. The only thing that is needed would be to allow Rogue…(yes, please see the one who sold her into slavery:) , but the deal is to allow Rogue to father her firstborn!
Jennifer has reservations (understandably) and desires to know what would happen with the child, especially with his or her part Human nature. Rogue will not tell her, but will take her on a quest to discover the truth. So on the journey, Jennifer, against her better judgment is drawn to Rogue, but as she becomes closer to the awful truth of Faeries, a new evil (darkness) begins to hunt Jennifer which doesn’t stop Jennifer from learning the dark truth of Faerie.
As the previous book, Rogue Possession offers the reader a satisfying, adventure-filled reading experience. Well written, paced and plotted, there were no lags within the storytelling to lose the reader’s interest.
The tension created within the story caused for a taught, on the edge of your seat journey for a reader!
I loved seeing the continued evolution of the relationship between Jennifer and Rogue. They appeared to finally move past the walls that appeared rock solid in the first book…in parts, the alpha male Rogue even showed flashes of tenderness( in my opinion:) and that was very nice, although I do enjoy a good tale with an alpha male persona, this persona is best when mixed with some sensitivity, at least for his love interest.
I recommend Rogue’s Possession for Mature Audiences and those that enjoy Supernatural or Paranormal romance!:)
