The final test is here. The war is no longer a worry of tomorrow, but a reality of today. Turning back is no longer an option. Maybe it never was. It is time for Alexa Montgomery to look fate in the eyes. Death waits there for certain. The only question is… for who?

MY REVIEW

Redemption is the final installation in the Alexa Montgomery Saga. It follows Alexa, Nelly, Kayden, Thomas and all those that oppose King William, as they gather their allies, preparing for war.

In Redemption we see continued growth in the characters as they face possible death. Alexa continues to protect her sister Nelly at all cost, but is beginning to have to accept that Nelly is able to protect herself and desires to protect Alexa, and walk in her own destiny…

I will say first and foremost that HD Gordon is an extremely talented writer. She has an incredible command of storytelling, painting clear, concise pictures, enthralling scenes that draw the reader into the world that she is creating. In Alexa, and Nelly, Ms. Gordon created a feisty, fierce, strong young woman, that I enjoyed seeing grow into her destiny. Redemption as well as the other books in this series were laced with humor, that had me chuckling out loud. I loved Monster, Alexa’s inner voice. This was simply a very cool series, I highly recommend.
